Like our Grandfathers railroad train sets hobby being replaced with playing video games and other digital pursuits this hobby of building massive watercooled towers and other non necessary ways to play video games is on the downside. Things are getting smaller. I can play all the games I need on my Alienware m18x and the best thing is I brought it down to Argentina with me for the month. The hot part of the market right now is the sff factor rigs that are popping up everywhere. These guys are getting out cuz there is little demand. 5 years from now there will be very few people selling towers at all, will be all in one, external graphic card docks, laptops and netbook style devices that can attach to huge monitors and run cool and quiet and wirelessly. Just like the demise of the cassette, then cd this is the way its going. Sure its a hobby to build these things but really this is more nerdy then even comic con, Get a girlfriend, play a sport man get out while you still can!!!

LMFAO...WRONG. SFF cases like the fragbox and shuttle have been around for as long as DD. And guess what. Your prediction never happened! Overclocking is still alive and well.

The only place I'd used for my water cooling gear.
I wish them well in their 'other pursuits'.

It's funny that they didn't try to sell the company to someone.
Anyway, I'm Canadian and I've had great luck with this site.

Been using their waterblocks for the last 4 builds.
Sorry to see them go. The quality of their parts was tops.

Everything is pretty much sold out now...

Another example of piss poor business management and total absence of product marketing by the Danger Den corporation. They made a lot of the committed the same mistakes made by BFG and other smaller computer hardware businesses. Fail to adapt, and your business WILL fail. Plain and simple. You snooze, you lose.

+1. Exactly. They were a niche market within a niche market. I would add more opinion but I'll just leave the chips where they've fallen.

Danger Den must be retooling to provide modding parts for tablets. I hear they are pretty big these days.

I would try and get some WC in my rig, but unfortunately everything is sold out.

Read this earlier on G+, Sad really, they had some good parts, and good advice.
