Now if only MaxPC can hire some more staff with this extra revenue that they are generating, these adds will be worth it. 3-5 news stories a day just doesn't cut it guys ......

Interesting on the Acer Predator offer of $949.99 when I can get the 'newer' model with a GeForce 630, 2 more usb3 ports, 12 GB of RAM, and a same speed but newer Corei7 3770 at amazon for the EXACT same price.

Just got to amazon and put the exact model above in and search, you'll see the same $949.99 deal from Circuit City (Tiger Direct owns them)but below you'll see listed from Amazon (so if you have Prime you get free 2nd day shipping) the Acer Predator AG3610-UR20P for $949.99.

Why would you get the older one for the same price?

Could we get a daily deal on a monitor with higher than 1920*X resolution please? ;)

The Second Comi...

These "Daily Deals" have perfectly alienated Chicken Pants. It's more like a "Daily Distraction" from the reason why CP likes MaxPC.

Putting advertising content directly into the space where putatively neutral content hopefully meeting some sense of journalistic integrity is an exceptional way to throw credibility out the window and offend your reader base.

Chicken Pants knows he won't be missed. He won't miss MaxPC either - but he had been enjoying the publication for over 5 years.

Shame to see you go, you’ve been so insightful in the past. :/

Anyway, don't let the MaxPC door, that advertisers pay for, smack you on the ass on the way out you condescending little prick.

The Second Comi...

Fuck off, ken - You're an example of how much anonymity emboldens the foolish coward. If you're too myopic and obtuse (such a dichotomy!) to understand the point, go back and look at porn where the pictures are easier to understand.

Oh my. Struck a nerve did we? First, I thought you were leaving? Please, don’t make promises if you aren’t going to keep them.

Second, while Chicken Little may rely solely on secrecy to strike up enough false bravado to speak his/her mind, anonymity has nothing to do with whether or not I’m likely to call out someone such as yourself for making idiotic statements. I do so in my daily life “face to face” with ignoramuses - so why would I be LESS likely to do so on the net? I mean really, ignorance is ignorance, regardless of my knowing who you really are.

Lastly, since it ISN’T porn and therefore oh so hard to understand, please, explain to us how it would be a dichotomy if someone were to be myopic AND obtuse?

Then, after you’ve realized that you should stick to 2 or 3 syllable words at best, maybe you will think twice before you snidely correct someone else’s improper use of the English language or when they have an autocorrect error. But I doubt it.

The Second Comi...

Ken has renewed Chicken Pants' faith in keeping abortion legal.

Sigh…and Chicken Legs has once again shown how the weak minded can not/will not bother trying to defend their own idiotic positions - but instead will ONLY resort to attacking the MESSENGER instead of the MESSAGE.

Did you look up “dichotomy” yet? Whoops. Sadly, YOUR anonymity does not protect US from your stupidity.

Cluck.
