Either way, Cyber Snipa has come out with a new 5.1 gaming headset the company hopes will find a home in your, well, home.
Cyber Snipa's new Sonar 5.1 Championship Gaming Headset purportedly incorporates the "newest developments in cutting-edge sound record and loyal 5.1 approximate sound." More specifically, the headset comes with 4 speakers in both earcups (8 drivers). an in-line controller, a noise-cancelling bang mic, 3D positional audio software, circumaural memory froth and velour cushions, and a 3m USB cord.
The new headset will go on sale later this month for $80.

Looks good for the price, but I think I'll wait for the review.
Question: I've never used a USB headset before. I have an X-Fi, will I still get the benefits of that if I go with USB instead of conventional headphones?
