Oh god. When I read this I thought I was on Cracked and this was a joke.

 

This kinda reminds me of when Trump sued a bank for over a billion dollars when the bank requested he begin paying the few million he owed them sometime soon since the dates for the first payment period had long since pasted.

His reasoning? They damaged his credit reputation by reminding him he was overdue.

At last, a beath of fresh air. The loser pays. Guess that RIAA/MPAA lawyers didn't get to buy this judge first. They'll have to be more attentive next time. Or could this mean a return to reason and justice in our court system? Nhaaaaaa, just kidding!
