Problem with Android apps on Windows is that they're geared for touch screens.  Perhaps by the time Win8 comes out we'll have HD/3-D/Touch laptop screens.  Then we'd be able to utilize whatever App store perhaps.

Now if only they could get it to work the other way around, or at least make it wirelessly connect to your desktop efficiantly then I'll have a reason to buy an android tablet. See if the motorola xoom can play Crysis.
