Did you guys ever stop to think that maybe telling what socket type this board is?  I'm guessing that it is AM2/AM2+/AM3 but you don't even mention if it is for Intel or AMD CPUs....

It's LGA775 for Intel processors (P45 chipset).

That board looks like it would make a good HTPC motherboard. It has just the right number of expansion slots as well as SATA ports. Plus with 5.1 audio and a small form factor, add in a low power CPU and you've got the workings of a decent HTPC.
