"Fully compatible with the second-generation Intel Core CPUs (Sandy Bridge), the new boards for the first time support the third generation Intel Core CPUs codenamed Ivy Bridge, also manufactured with the 3D-transistors using the 22-nm fab process and designed for the popular LGA 1155 socket."

Right there, first sentence.

Whew, I am going to build 3 systems around Ivy Bridge and I was wondering what mobo to buy. Now I realize that there will be native boards to take advantage of the new CPU. I am glad I waited.
Next thing to do will be to buy one setup and see how much o/c headroom it has then get the other two.
