IMO this trial has been Apple sided since the Judge issued a sales ban of the galaxy nexus in the US (which to me sounds like a guilty till proven innocent way of thinking). I consider this a fair turn of events.

Judge Koh sounds like an idiot. This case should have been thrown out.

Technically if the jury disobeys the court rules and looks at the media coverage then that's not Samsung's problem. If they're that worried about it influencing them then can't they sequester the jury?

Your (wasted) tax dollars hard at work.

BTW Paul, you have a typo above:

Bucklet your seat belts

should be

"Buckle"

Judge Koh worked at a Law Firm that made a sizable amount of money off of the Apple IPO. I am pretty sure something else is at work here.

Also, if something cant be used in court and is dismissed as being such, its not considered evidence so making it public during the trial is legal. This whole thing is BS and most other countries are stopping these apple lawsuits because they are stupid. I cant wait for a country to get fed up with them and make apple pay for wasting peoples time.

Acutally, Judge Koh rejected Apple's claim initally. The only reason this case went to trial was because the appellate (or "Apple"-ate....sorry I had to) court told her to take another look at the case.
