What will all the trendy idiots do if Apple goes away? One of the worst things that has ever happened to this world is the creation of the concept of "cool". Oh, how the world would be so much better had that concept never have been created...

Trademarking or copyrighting rounded corners? Really? That's the centerpiece of a design and technology platform?

Justin said, "Apple’s attempt to cover up the verdict didn’t just shine a broader international spotlight on the issue, it also kept the verdict in the news cycle weeks longer then it would have otherwise. We appreciate the irony of watching a company that is renowned for its ability to control the media, fail so miserably."

This is uproariously funny to me - I appreciate the irony of watching a company that is renowned for its ability to write fail so miserably.

PROTIP: MS Word has a grammar-checker. You should use it.

Much like the guy that does burnouts in the parking lot of the local fast food establishment, no one is really impressed by your attempt to make yourself feel bigger. Well, no one except you apparently. In fact, actions like these have quite the opposite effect.

You must be an Apple Fan-boy. Otherwise why would you nitpick so? Must not have anything better to spend your time on? Criticizing the grammar of others, makes this comment amusing.

Oh my. I used a dangling participle and ended a sentence with a preposition. Shame on me.

Usually, stories that make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside involve puppies. Not this one.

It's standard practice in the UK for the loser of a lawsuit to have to pay the legal fees of the winner if the loser initiated the case.

I noted this in the article, its the "indemnity basis" that sets this case apart. Sounds like Apple will be buying a round of beers at the local pub as well.
