 At least Microsoft admits and quickly fixesthe majority, if not almost all bugs within their OS, and don't hide behind false advertisements.

So much for "it just works"...no one should have to adapt their network to a new device; it should be the other way around.

I guess that special deal SJ got on the pixie dust that makes iPads "magical" wasn't such a good deal after all, eh?

I'm surprised their support link didn't mention that another fix involves a fee of $629 + monthly service for the 3G version.

I think it needs to be connected to an Apple Router with and Apple Internet connection.

 And the wireless signal needs to travel through Apple certified atmosphere, otherwise using the "mother nature" supplied stuff can cause interferance!
