Antec Launches Advance Cleaning Solutions Line for Your Dirty Geek Gear

PC users are a dirty bunch. We're not talking mentally, though that certainly applies to some of us, but physically. We've seen some keyboards we'd be afraid to flip over for fear of what might fall out of the cracks. With that in mind, it's almost as if Antec went out and hired all of our mothers to run its operations, and their first order of business was to release a line of cleaning products.

Antec's new Advance Cleaning Solutions line includes three different types of cleaners. The first is a 100 percent natural cleaning solution available in the following packages:

• 240mL and 60mL combo pack with one 30x30 microfiber cloth: $19
• 60mL with one 30x30 microfiber cloth: $13
• Individually wrapped product wipes in a 20 count box: $7
• Individually wrapped product wipes in a 100 count box: $25

The second type is a triple strength cleaning solution designed to disinfect and protect in a non-drip formula. This one's available in the same configurations above and priced identically.

Finally, Antec also came up with a Deep Cleaning Gel solution for the dirtiest of surfaces. This one comes in a 30mL gel pack with a 20x20 microfiber cloth for $14.

"We are expanding the horizon of what Antec can do in the electronics industry," said Stavros Conom, Product Manager for Antec Advance. "With the increase in popularity of touch interface devices and other personal electronics, sanitation and maintenance are significant concerns. These cleaning products bring Antec’s expertise into this often overlooked area."
