Acer Announces Space Saving Veriton Desktops for Professionals
Business and institution customers have a line of new small form factor commercial desktop PCs to choose from. The new compact PCs come courtesy of Acer, which just announced its Veriton L4610G ultra small form factor (USFF) and Veriton X2110 SFF desktops packed with up to an Intel Core i5 processor and Nvidia GeForce 6150 graphics.
The Veriton L4610G Series comes with an Intel Core i3 dual-core processor clocked at 3.1GHz or Core i5 quad-core processor clocked at 2.5GHz, Intel HD graphics, 320GB SATA hard drive, and mini-PCI Express 1.1 card slot all housed in a compact 10 liter case measuring 2.4 inches (W) x 9.8 inches (D) x 7.6 inches (H). The L4610G Series also come with Acer's One-Button Recover (OBR) function, which will automatically restore the system back to the last system backup or the original factory default settings with the push of a button.
Acer's slightly larger X2100 Series measures 4 inches (W) x 15.6 inches (D) x 10.5 inches (H) and sports an AMD Athlon 260 processor (3.3GHz, 2MB L2 cache) inside. It also comes with up to 8GB of RAM, Nvidia GeForce 6150SE graphics, up to 500GB of hard drive storage, eight USB 2.0 ports, and PCI Express slots (x1 and x16).
Both models are available now with the L4610G starting at $600 and the X2110 kicking off at $380.
