Why would Acer want to screw up a good thing. I love my A500, but why partner up with the worse network to promote your tablet?

How is the Icona? When I got my tablet it was a choice between the Xoom, Eee Pad and the Icona. I ended up picking the Eee Pad because the screen and battery were (reviewed to be) better than the other two. And the Xoom has its power button on the back which I didn't like.

it has been great so far. Had mine for about 5 months now, and no problems yet. I use it every day. Mainly for reading the news and emails, but while on the road iuse it for work related stuff, breifings, and movies, music, etc. It does everything the Ipad can't, thats the best part. I really get a kick out someone telling me how much better the iPAD is, then I just slap my USB stick in, and ask. Can yours do that? hehehehe

I would recommend that A500 to anyone.

Ah, the USB port. That'd have been nice. I just load up movies on to my 16GB MicroSD card. Can you charge your tablet via USB or ONLY the wall charger? Mine will only charge via the ASUS wall adapter and nothing else. Kinda annoys me. How have updates been? Asus has been pretty good with rolling out updates for 3.x
