Maximum PC, an entertaining and irreverent monthly print magazine for hardcore computing enthusiasts, is seeking an intern to join its editorial staff. You will be part of a team working in a fun, creative, collaborative, and frequently kooky environment.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer with a background in journalism or creative writing and a passion for technology. You will bring a spirit of enthusiasm and dedication to our team as we help you hone your skills in technology reporting, writing, proofreading, editing, and magazine craft. This is an unpaid internship, but qualified candidates will receive ample opportunities to write for the magazine for pay and build a portfolio of published clips. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in a deadline-driven environment and develop a collection of clips. Current college students may be eligible to receive course credit from their university.
