Publishing workarounds is defeating the purpose. The supporters of SOPA will get a hold of the stories and use them to claim that the blackouts were futile and just publicity stunts.

Yes, but as they mentioned, if you are reading this, then odds are you most likely know about SOPA/PIPA and probably did your part too. Also, they already did do this crap:
