Photo Awesome #8: Make-Shift Movie Madness
We're not sure if you've noticed, but getting video up and running on our site has been a recent priority, and for good reason! Of all people, we understand the importance of visual learning. So for today's Photo Awesome, we thought we'd give you a peak at our make-shift video set up, constructed entirely in our very own Maximum PC Laboratory!

Aaaaaand...ACTION!

Our top grade, professional studio lights may look a little like hardware store flood lights...mostly because they are hardware store flood lights.

A look at our top-of-the-line softbox which is actually a cardboard box with some netting over it. We can feel your envy growing.

Gordon doesn't like the lights, but does enjoy endlessly hassling me because I use a Nikon camera, which is exactly what he was doing when this photo was taken.

We're working tirelessly to get this video thing down, promise.
There ya have it. We got a lot of video knocked out today, so stay tuned next week as Gordon, Alex and Amber unveil some awesome new tech including a new rig and some awesome new peripherals. We can't believe that it's already been eight weeks since we brought out our Photo Awesome series, so if you're feeling as nostalgiac as we are, click here for a look back at some previous entires.
Have a great weekend!

I got an idea, when not do your review while taking off your clothes so that by the time your done with your video, your totally nude. I remember there used to be an online news website that did that back in the day. Totally naked news.
Totally naked MaximumPC

You should do all of your videos in front of a green screen, then you can put whatever you want in the background. That would be fun.

So umm.. Are you guys going to post "Dream Machine" benchmark vids(especially of games) soon? I know just by watching a video of it being run and played with gives all of us poor saps the ultimate orgy of epic proportions!
