Just because something doesn't have 1 feature that your looking for, doesn't mean you should dismiss the product entirely.

For anyone looking to buy an affordable SSD, this is a way to go.

Also, not everyone has SATA III mobos.

I'm thinking about installing an SSD on my laptop (which is a few years old, SATA II)

This price point is starting to look like a more attractive offer.
