That is a good thing that Capcom is easing out on the DRM. To be honest with you, DRM is fun for pirates as they know how to crack it each and every single time. Why not make games completely DRM-free? Paid people will pay, and pirates will inevitably pirate. Why make your paid customers angry? Hopefully this will be a forward trend to one day ban DRM.

Some modicum of protection isn't out of the question.  Make it too easy to pirate it and I might pirate it.  Make it too hard to use, and I just won't buy it period.
