This reminds me of those peculiar gyrating club dancers (pretending to be outsiders but really worked for the club itself). I mean look at that costume! He's even acting the part for hours even if the camera's weren't shooting directly at him. I say he definitely works there, who's he foolin?

Meh, Spy needs a mouthful of cigarrettes on his mouth if you asked me. It's just one of those well-known props he's known for!
