Powerline Networking That Doesn't Suck?

Color me tickled pink. I just wanted to let you know that we've finally tested a powerline network device that actually delivers decent performance.
I just finished testing the new Netgear HDX101, and was astounded by its performance--it's fast and it works, even in a real-world setting. I was able to use the HDX101 to stream high-def video from my PC to my living room across the house with ease. And unlike previous powerline products I've tested, it even passes UPNP packets, so it will stream video from a Media Center 2005 box to Media Center Extenders, like the Xbox 360.
You can read the full details in the October issue of Maximum PC magazine, which will be available in a few weeks.
