I've been having some heat issues with my 680, I just ordered some new MX-4 thermal paste, not sure if I want to sell my card and just use that money to upgrade to a 780 or buy this cooler.. oh the decisions!

Buy the cooler. Cause come on a GTX 680 is still kick ass. That way your system will be cooler and quieter plus in 2 years you can stick the cooler on the next card when you upgrade.

Did this mod and I can say running SLI 670 +125 above stock clock and temp below 60. Was running @70 before and no overclocking.

I was thinking of getting this, but im kinda worried about the glue for the heat sinks that go on VRMs. I dont wanna screw up and end up spilling the glue and shorting my GPU.

From what I recall there's not much danger. I have never installed something like this and got it perfect my first time, so I don't think it's too tough.

oh thanks for the input. Those reviews of aftermarket GPU heatsinks keep throwing off my decision.
