The A4 Micro-6400T and A10 Micro-6700T are actually quad core parts, not dual core as in the article.

Does the low cache help keep these TDPs so low? AMD always seems to be low on the cache, unless its their FX series.

Huh ? Its direct competitor, Intel's Silvermont-based "Baytrail" also has 1-2 MB of L2 cache (and no L3 cache).

You're right, and I did overlook that. I had general, desktop APUs in my mind when I asked the question.
