Driver works well for me. Not sure if I'm seeing any improvement in crossfire scaling on the CPU-bound game Borderlands 2 but I'm not seeing any decrease in crossfire scaling. Though Borderlands 2 is so horribly optimized for PC (and has such low-grade GFX) that I'm not sure that if Nvidia, AMD and Epic Games (makers of the infernal Unreal Engine) teamed together they could fix it. The only modern game more shoddily optimized that I've encountered has been MechWarrior Online.

C'mon AMD, get out that new GPU series. I've realized the limits of 6870/6850 (OC'd) Crossfire and I want to upgrade already!

Is Borderlands 2 really that bad for PC? Is it just a port over from console? Was thinking about getting it because I played it on my nieces Ps3 and liked it alot.

oh, i can think of a couple worse: GTA IV, and Assasins Creed.

Flawless driver for me.

But then again, ive never had a single issue with AMD drivers.

I love how they added the Crossfire profiles, Im still a little hurt inside that the beta is x64 only. Im still stuck on my x32 system. Overall, I find it great how AMD struck the deal with the console APUs. In my opinion it will only lead to better game optimization for AMD components. Prime example is Battlefield 4. I'm hoping the r9 290x can smash the Titan, maybe not in every test, but at least in the pricing.

They should make more things with 64bit only, it's about time they pushed people off their 32 bit OS machines... Get with the Times! It's incredible that we still have games with a crummy 2gb ram limit just to accommodate a minority.

HAHA. I know, I always promised myself I would change my x32 ways, but Ive never really felt the push until recently. Congrats Dice, you've taught an old dog new tricks. Or at least enticed him enough to let you win this time. Heck. With an 64 bit system, I can make the upgrade to WIN8, right? ;)

Been running into issue after issue running the beta on my rig, (and yes my hardware can handle it).
